Equality of Opportunities and Diversity
Tat Gıda evaluates its employees with objective criteria and processes with a management approach that eliminates all kinds of discrimination and prejudice. Tat Gıda carries out various studies in order to offer equal opportunities to employees at evey levels.
By Koç Holding, Declaration of Equality in Business was signed firstly in 2015 in order to ensure equality at all levels throughout its community; then Koç Holding first signed the Declaration on Equality in Business in 2015; then within Koç Holding and 30 Community companies has became signatories of the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs). Koç Holding is one of the 10 Impact Leaders of the HeForShe movement carried out by UN Women. In line with these studies, it also provide active support for increasing women’s employment.
Tat Gıda supports the “HeForShe” initiative that promoted by the Koç Group in the global plan, within this scope, it primarily aims to create gender-sensitive business environments where women employees can find more training and development opportunities, advance in their careers and benefit from equal opportunities. Gender sensitive educations are organized in order to raise awareness of all employees on this issue.
